COVID 19 Update – (Last updated 3rd April 2020)
We will use this page to keep our customers updated on the impact of the Coronavirus on Gorilla Workwear.
We are committed to the heath & safety of our team and following the recent COVID-19 government guidelines our customer services team will be working from home where possible to reduce the transmission of the Coronavirus. We will only be accepting orders placed online and our phone lines will remain open.
Our customer services team are still available and will still be providing a high standard of assistance.
In these challenging times for us all, it is vital that whilst we are all committed to supporting efforts in reducing and stopping the spread of Coronavirus, it is also crucially important that we continue to protect those working in hazardous environments.
We have decided to remain fully open and operational in order to ensure a strong and consistent supply chain to these essential workers.
We are continuing to take all the necessary precautions and actions within our business. We have heavily reduced staffing numbers and some services where possible this means whilst we are doing our best to avoid delays, there may be slightly longer dispatch times on some orders.
